Kare Zhang

Kare Zhang earned his Bachelor's degree from The Oregon State University before building his career in technology, software development, and digital media. His background in innovation and client-focused technology continues to shape Yunda Surrogacy's commitment to delivering a more transparent, efficient, and personalized experience for intended parents.

Kare's passion for surrogacy began with his own family's journey. After becoming a father through surrogacy, he developed a deeper appreciation for the life-changing impact of family building while recognizing opportunities to improve the client experience. Inspired by his personal journey, he founded Yunda Surrogacy with a mission to make the surrogacy process more transparent, supportive, and accessible for families around the world.

Kayla Luo

Co-Founder & COO

Kayla Luo earned her Bachelor's degree in German Linguistics and Literature before completing advanced studies in Linguistics at the University of Göttingen in Germany. She later received a Master's degree in Public Administration from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Data Science from Columbia University. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and German, with conversational Spanish, Kayla brings a global perspective and multidisciplinary expertise to Yunda Surrogacy.

Michael Sim

Co-Founder & Vice President, Asia-Pacific

Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). With a background in business development, strategic partnerships, and international marketing, he brings extensive experience across technology, media, and assisted reproductive services.
